1. Is there a minimum booking for your cleaning services?
Yes, we require a minimum booking for 3 hours for our domestic cleaning service. For the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning we require a minimum of £50 cleaning service per visit.2. Do I need to provide my own cleaning solutions and equipment?
Most our clients provide materials and equipment for regular domestic cleaning, on your request we can provide cleaning materials and equipment for an additional charge. For Spring Cleaning, End of Tenancy Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning, Eco Friendly Cleaning we can supply all necessary material and equipment.

3. Do your cleaning services include professional carpet and upholstery cleaning?
Yes, we provide professional carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. We charge separately for these services.

4. How can I pay for your cleaning services?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Payment for the cleaning services must be made on a day of the service. Regular customers with an account will receive an invoice.

5. Are you ensured?
Yes, all our professional cleaners covered with full comprehensive public liability insurance cover.

6. Are you prices subject to VAT?
Yes, all prices for our cleaning services subject to VAT.

7. What area do you cover?

WE cover all Greater London area. Most our customers located in North London and Central London. For more information of areas we provide our cleaning services please contact our team.

8. Can I have same cleaner every time?
Yes, if you happy with your cleaner we will arrange the same cleaner for every time.

9. What happen if my cleaner is on holiday or off sick?

We will organize temporary cover to continue cleaning service for you.

10. Do I have to pay when I go on holiday?
No, we only charge you when you use our services. We require 1 week notice with indicated date when you want to stop your cleaning services and the date when you want to re-start you’re cleaning. You can write to us or e-mail us on info@ltcleaners.co.uk

11. What are you office working hours?
Our customer service operator available 7 days a week, 9.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday, and 9.00 – 16.00 Saturday and Sunday.

12. What are your cleaners working hour?
Our cleaners working from 8am to 8pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Our commercial cleaning team available 24 hfs 7 days a week.

13.  How long will it take to dry carpet after cleaning?
For our carpet cleaning service we use only modern professional equipment with fast drying system. In avarege carpets are dry after 3-4 hours, some synthetic carpets could be dry within 1 hour and wool carpets may take 4-5 hours to dry.

14.  What happen if I move house?
LT Cleaners will transfer your account to your new address, and you can continue to receive same professional cleaning in your new home.

15.  What if I am not happy with my cleaner?
We can change your cleaner any time on your request. We always have replacement available.

16. How long in advance do I need to book your cleaning services?
We are able to carry out work at very short notice, however to guarantee the time and day that suits you we recommend booking at least 4-5 days in advance.

17.  What if I have a cleaning requirement which does not appear on your website?
