LT Cleaning Services Gateshead

By booking any of the services via e-mail, website, over the telephone, fax or in person, the client is agrees to be bounded to LT Cleaners Terms and Conditions.

1. Regular domestic and office cleaning

  • The Client agrees to pay monthly fee via standing order/bank transfer
  • Minimum duration of 2 hours per cleaning visit applies for all domestic and office cleaning services.
  • The Client agree to pay all bank and legal charges incurred due to the Clients cheque being returned unpaid.
  • Unless other agreement have been made with LT Cleaner, customer agrees to provide cleaning materials, detergents and equipment for the work required. All equipment must be in full working order and safe to use.
  • All quotes giving initially is based on average time to complete cleaning and average size of the properties. The client agrees that initial estimated price can be changed after inspection of the premises.
  • The customer must provide an assess to hot water and electrical power
  • The company does not accept responsibilities for for damage of any fragile and breakable items left unsecured.
  • The client can not employ any of company cleaners for at least 6 month after termination of services by LT Cleaners.
  • If the client wish to employ directly the cleaner introduced be the company, the referral fee of £400 must be payed.

2. End of Tenancy Cleaning

  • Payment must be made on a completion of the work by cash or cheque.
  • The Client agree to pay all bank and legal charges incurred due to the Clients cheque being returned unpaid.
  • End of Tenancy work does not include carpet steam cleaning, upholstery cleaning, cleaning of wall, ceilings, curtains, exterior windows and exterior areas such us balconies, patios, gardens and garages. These services can be provided for an additional fee.
  • On a day of service the property must be empty, including all cupboards, drowses and cabinets, fridge/freezer fully defrosted.
  • Number of cleaners in the team cannot affect the initial quoted price.
  • The customer required to be present on the completion of the work, carry out an inspection and sign off the job as completed to client satisfactory. If the client is not present at the end of the service the company will consider that services accepted by the client.

3. Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning

  • Minimum charge of £50 excluding VAT applies to domestic carpet/upholstery cleaning service and £100 for commercial carpet cleaning service.
  • Payment have to be made upon completion of the work, via bank transfer, cash or cheque.
  • The Client agree to pay all bank and legal charges incurred due to the Clients cheque being returned unpaid.
  • The company will not accept responsibility for failing to remove old, permanent stains.  Payment must be made in full for the job carried out.
  • The client must allowed asses to hot water and electrical power.

4. One-off/Spring Cleaning

  • Minimum 3 hours per visit applies to all types of one-off cleaning.
  • Initial quote may change after inspection of the property, depending on a condition and size of the property.
  • Payment must be made on a completion of the work by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
  • The Client agree to pay all bank and legal charges incurred due to the Clients cheque being returned unpaid.
  • All types of one-off cleaning do not include carpet /upholstery steam cleaning, cleaning of walls, ceilings, exterior windows, balcony, patios, gardens, washing up and laundry. These services are priced separately.
  • The client responsible for providing hot water and electrical power.
  • LT Cleaners reserve the right not to carry our cleaning if customer fail to provide electricity and water or if cleaning materials and equipment are not suitable for the job.
  • Full payment must be made if client fails to be at the property at the booked time.

5.VAT

  • All prices are subject to VAT at 20%

6. Cancellation

  • To cancel or reschedule cleaning visit we require 24 h notice
  • To terminate the agreement we require 2 week written notice prior the date of last service.

7. Complaints

  • The client understand and agrees that poor service, breakage or damages must be reported within 24 hours after competition of the service. Any complaints and claims made after 24 hour will not valid.
  • In case services been carried out not to complete customer satisfaction, the Client agrees to allow our cleaning staff back and re-clean areas in question before invite a third party to carry out cleaning or do the cleaning himself. Failure to do so will invalid the  claim.
  • In case services been carried out not to customer satisfactory, the Client agrees to allow our cleaners back and re-clean areas in question before invite a third party to carry out cleaning or do the cleaning himself. Rejection to do so will invalid the claim.
  • Items excluded from liability are: jewelry, cash, art and antiques.
  • The company is not responsible for delay or not completing the work due to the lack of hot water, electricity or if cleaning equipment provided by customer is not in full working order or not safe to use.

The company reserves the rights to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice by updating this page.
